About Sarah

“At the early age of 12 I found myself idling in the hair and beauty aisles at Walgreens. My mother always knew where to find me if I suddenly strayed. Often gazing at color boxes I wondered, "How did she get such vibrant colors from a box?.. How did they make her haircut so precise?" I had an excitement and curiosity for the art of hair. I have always been inspired by different hair types, textures and colors. In 2006, with much ambition, I started my career in San Francisco assisting Vidal Sassoon educators at the Carlton Hair Academy. I immersed myself in every hair related event and soon became an educator myself. Following my passion for hair and education, I was able to travel to various cities nationwide including Miami and New York. From my experiences, I would share each city’s unique technique and character to with my fellow stylists and clients. Not only did I gain new skills in razor cutting, balayage, and editorial styling, I was fortunate to work under amazing artists from Oribe, Bumble and Bumble, RCo and Loreal Professional. I’ve taken all that I’ve learned and incorporated them into my own artistry as a stylist and educator. I look forward to creating beauty inside and out and sharing my love for hair with everyone in my chair.”
