From East Bay:
Take I–680 North. Follow I–680 North and I–80 West to Carlson Blvd in Richmond. Take Tehama Avenue to Portola Drive in El Cerrito.
From North Bay:
Take US–101 South. Follow I–580 East to Bayview Avenue in Richmond. Take exit 11 from I–580 East. Continue on Bayview Avenue. Take Carlson Boulevard and Tehama Avenue to Portola Drive in El Cerrito.
From South Bay:
